Li graduated from Southwest University of Politicalshe was employed by a private enterprise as the head of the legal department, where he was responsible for the legal, personnel and administrative affairs of the company. The company mainly engaged in real estate development. As the legal counsel of the company, Ms. Li participated in all stages of the chain from the establishment of the project, land acquisition, development, construction, sales, to property management, providing strong and the necessary legal support. Her role was especially important in contract drafting, implementation and dispute resolution. In April 2003, Ms. Li became a professional lawyer.  Ms. Li has substantial experience and strong background in real estate, investment project and asset restructuring. Ms. Li served as legal advisor or attorney for new Henderson Group, Landmark Land Limited, China International Tourism Co., Ltd., Wumart Commercial Group Co., Ltd., the German FAT Equipment Co., Ltd., Institute of Water Transport Ministry of Transport, Ningxia Ningxi Water Supply Co., Ltd., Sijiqing Town government and other large enterprises and institutions.
